Win a Car Competition - Terms & Conditions

By entering into the competition you are accepting these terms and conditions.

 

1)  The drawing is sponsored by Oracle Corporation, 500 Oracle Parkway, Redwood Shores, CA 94065, USA.

 

2) The competition is open to residents of the UK. Entries received from persons residing outside the UK will be disqualified.

 

3) The competition is not open to employees or agencies of Incisive Media Ltd. ("IML"), its group companies or their family members; or employees or agencies of Oracle Corporation ("Oracle") or their family members.

 

4) No purchase of any product is required to enter the competition.  To enter the competition, entrant must be a visitor or exhibitor and have their badge scanned at the Oracle stand.

            

5) Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.

 

6) Neither IML nor Oracle is responsible for entries which are lost, illegible or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason.

7) The judges' decision will be final. The winner will be determined in a random drawing from all entries by a representative of Oracle. The odds of winning are determined by the total number of entries received.

 

8) The winner will be announced on Friday 5th December.

 

9)  The prize is brand new Fiat Panda and will be delivered to the competition winner within 7 days of the competition closing. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes. IML and Oracle accept no responsibility for any  registration fees, taxes, fees, or other costs associated with the prize.

 

10) IML and Oracle retain the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Winner may not transfer prize rights nor obtain substitutions or cash redemptions. All taxes on prizes and incidental expenses not specified in any prize description are solely the responsibility of the winner

 

11) IML and Oracle accept no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the competition or accepting the prize.  By entering, you agree to release IML, Oracle and their respective employees and representatives from all claims and liabilities in connection with this competition or the prize.

 

12) By entering, you agree that IML, Oracle and their respective affiliates may use your contact information for marketing and promotion of other goods and services.  You may opt out of receiving any marketing or promotional information by following the directions on any marketing information you receive, or contacting IML at Online Information Database Manager, 32-34 Broadwick Street, London W1A 2HG.

 

13) IML and Oracle reserve the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Competition with or without prior notice due to reasons outside their control.  In addition, IML and Oracle, in its sole discretion reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or who is otherwise in violation of the rules. 

 

14) The promotion will be governed by English law.

 

15) Failure to comply with all or any of these conditions may result in prize forfeiture.
